Position Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, this position is responsible for the management and continued growth of existing business as well as administrative duties related to the Sales Department. The Sales Coordinator and Dealer Trainer will be responsible for the training of customers on the internal processes and provide continuous support. Will also provide assistance to the customer with any issues related to account, i.e., setup and/or deployment, review of contract, pricing, quotations, proposals and presentation
Duties and Responsibilities:
    Manages all aspects of sales support and product and systems training;
    Maintains organization of administrative tasks in the sales department, i.e., edits to customer list, revise and update product information, revise and update sales presentations,
    Act as an internal resources for the sales and order desk departments through the development of ongoing training sessions, managing internal sales and marketing tools extensive understanding of product knowledge
    Monitors the competition through marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc. and recommending changes based on this information;
    Responsible for the creation of product training to Dealers/Distributors;
    Works with Vinylbilt sales team, involved with resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management;
    Develops and maintains strong relationships with Dealer/Distributors through regular account communication;
    Provides training and ongoing support and recommendations to Dealer/Distributors;
    Identifies areas to improve upon to be more effective, increase sales and improve business
    Mentors Distributor’s sales representatives – provides training, guidance and support to improve their sales skills (i.e. effective closing);
    Utilizes training tools to assist customers with product knowledge and sales, (Vinylbilt tools; presentations, demo CD’s);
    Works closely with the Vice President, Sales & Marketing;
    Organizes annual (Spring) Sales Seminar for Dealer/Distributors and presents support material. (product familiarity, etc.).
Qualifications:
    3-5 years experience in a sales administration or sales training role preferably in the window, door, building, construction and home renovation business;
    Post secondary education is preferred;
    Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
    Advanced facilitation skills;
    Superior planning and time management skills;
    Ability to prioritize, manage and organize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment;
    Excellent relationship-building, and presentation skills;
    Strong communication skills;
    Assertive, self motivated and goal oriented;
    Problem solving ability.
