Job Responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries about wine coolers, beverage fridges, and wine racks, offering professional advice and support. Handling customer complaints and issues, seeking resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining good communication with customers via phone, email, and online chat. Recording customer feedback and issues, providing improvement suggestions to the team. Sales order fulfillment.

What We Expect from You: Excellent communication skills and patience, capable of effectively solving problems and addressing customer concerns. Some familiarity with wine coolers, beverage fridges, and wine rack products, adept at listening and seeking solutions. Outstanding teamwork and flexibility, able to collaborate with the team to resolve various issues.
