About the role: We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, and as such play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Skills and experience: Prior dental/medical experience an asset. Familiar with D4W management software. High communication skills. Empathetic to the needs of patients. High attention to detail. Actively engages at work and is a contributor to the advancement of the practice. People person. Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Can assist clinicians in the surgeries and sterilisation room if required. Coordinate with clinicians to optimize scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow. Benefits and perks.
