About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our practice.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanour. Manage appointments and scheduling using our practice management system. Handle phone calls and respond to client enquiries. Process billing and payments accurately. Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality. Provide administrative support to our team of psychologists and wellbeing professionals. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Experience with Halaxy (preferred but not essential).
