Company: Monster Hire. Location: Chinchilla. Monster Hire is currently seeking an experienced Administration/PA Officer to join our diverse team in Chinchilla for an immediate start in 2024.

About the Role: This position offers a dynamic and diverse range of responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking variety in their role. As an Administration/PA Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks, including serving as a personal assistant to the managing director, handling human resources (HR) documentation, safety paperwork, company data reporting and processing of account applications.

A strong background in administration is required, with knowledge of Hire/Machinery being a distinct advantage. You will be an integral part of our busy team located 20km North East of Chinchilla, and the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional administrative support across a diverse range of tasks (including, but not limited to): Serving as PA to the managing director. Managing HR documentation, safety paperwork, company data reporting and processing account applications. Efficiently handle office tasks with a keen attention to detail. Maintain professionalism in handling incoming calls and correspondence. Assist with office management procedures to ensure compliance with company policies. Utilize MS Office proficiently for various administrative tasks. Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines consistently. Stay organized and focused on multiple work fronts. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements: Proven experience in office administration or relevant roles. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Qualifications in secretarial studies are advantageous. Bachelor's degree in office administration or related field preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and punctuality. Access to own transport. Non-smoker. Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical screening.
