The Role: As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the central point of coordination for our team, ensuring our business runs efficiently and professionally. This dynamic role combines administration, finance, IT, client and candidate coordination, and team support responsibilities. You will oversee office operations, manage key processes, and contribute to a well-organized, compliant, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, IT systems, and advertising. Streamline internal processes and maintain compliance with data protection. Act as the primary contact for client and candidate inquiries, scheduling interviews and meetings. Manage recruitment-related documents, proposals, candidate profiles, and job advertisements. Handle financial tasks, including invoicing, accounts, expense monitoring, and reporting. Support employee onboarding and coordinate team events.

Skills & Experience: Experience in a busy administrative support role, ideally within recruitment or HR.

Understanding of recruitment processes and terminology. Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred, but not essential). Excellent skills in organization, time management, and attention to detail. Proficiency in various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and database management (CRM/ATS). Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Remains calm under pressure, enjoys variety, and is deadline-driven.
