Job Description
- Prepare & serve sushi, sashimi, various kinds of rolls. - Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food display. - Plan, develop menu items, order supplies, and keep records of food and supplies. - Estimate food requirements and costs. - Uphold and maintain food safety, high standards of sanitation and cleanliness - Demonstation new cooking techniques and equipment to ktichen staff. MIN of Three Years of Experience in Japanese cuisine is a Must.
