Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Order supplies and equipment. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Portion and wrap foods. Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out. Create new recipes. Short-order cooking and food preparation. Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods. Credentials. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses. Food Safety Certificate.
