About the opportunity: Reporting to the Financial controller, you will be an integral piece of this small team. As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on a part-time basis, working shorter hours across 5 days of the week. Work from home flexibility is granted.

Duties: Answer phone calls and emails. Liaise with cross-functional teams. End to end order management from placing to invoicing. Handling the returns process and following up with credits. Maintain and update daily order tracker in Excel, raising tickets for any issues. Collaborate with Finance Team implementing process improvements. Skills and Experience. Previous experience in customer service in a medical device, biotechnology or pharmaceutical organization. ERP system experience is essential. High attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
