Secretary, Region: Riyadh (Riyadh). We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and excellent Arabic and English language skills.

Responsibilities: Managing and organizing office operations and procedures. Handling and archiving important documents and files. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel. Managing and responding to emails in a timely manner. Coordinating meetings and appointments. Providing administrative support to the team. Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience as a secretary or in a similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Arabic and English. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
