Legal PA/Secretary – Commercial Litigation

Lex Consultancy are currently seeking an enthusiastic Senior Secretary with 5+ years experience to join a busy Commercial Litigation team on a full time basis.

Working within the Commercial Litigation team, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite. This role will be supporting a Partner and an Associate.

The main responsibilities for this role include; preparing correspondence including edits and amendments, the ability to mark-up documents and other administrative tasks such as filing, billing, expense reconciliations, and diary management.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication (written and verbal) skills, combined with strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment will be key to succeeding in this role.
Previous experience in a law firm is essential, and exposure to a range of areas of law will be a distinct advantage.

This role would suit a motivated secretary with a great attitude, who is looking to grow their skills and build a career in a dynamic legal environment.
