Job Description: We are urgently hiring a Warehouse Manager with 6-10 years of experience in the UAE, specifically within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics, with a focus on ceramic tiles, sanitary wares, and similar building materials.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs. Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers. Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Analyze data and generate reports to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other departments to meet customer demands and business objectives. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the UAE building materials industry. Proven experience with ceramic tiles, sanitary wares, or similar building materials is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
