Min Requirements: (Not Negotiable). 2 years restaurant management experience, must have your own reliable vehicle. Sober habits, South African citizens only, Must live in Paarl or surrounds, Must be fluent in Eng and Afr. Be willing to work 6 days a week. MS office proficient. Impeccable writing skills. Clear criminal record. Availability to work on weekends, public holidays.

Passionate about hospitality. Presentable, hard working, friendly nature. Clear picture of yourself. Wine and liquor knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the entire team from open to close. All admin related duties (reservations; telephonic and e  mail, roster, duties, policies and procedures, training. Full stock management. Events and functions. Staff training. Ensure all guests have an excellent dining experience. Bar management.

In Return, We Offer: Basic salary R8000 and R10000, based on experience. Staff meals. Pleasant working environment. Mostly day shifts, with a few night shifts over Dec and Jan. 15 days paid annual leave. Annual increase. Please note that this is a full time position.
