Experience in resolving issues related to Email/Teams/Outlook/Zoom. Knowledge of Problem vs Service Request. Knowledge of Incidents and Problems. Experience related to Network/Hacking. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners. Knowledge of O365 Setup and Support. Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Customer-oriented attitude. BSc/BE/BTech/3 Years Diploma in Computer Science/IT or relevant field. A UAE driving License is an added advantage.
