Job Purpose: To develop business (Bring orders from the Market) and maintain the effective running of Joinery, glass & production departments at the factory.
Industry: Joinery & Interior Fit-Out
Duties & Responsibilities: Plan and organize production schedule. Meeting customer’s expectations and demands. Maintaining high standards of the production line. Implement adequate plans for planned output, budget spending, labor efficiency, material efficiency, etc. Inspecting the quality of the finished products. Manage production activities with multidisciplinary team to make sure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials. Maintaining a sound relationship with the clients. Review the performance of team members and provide the training if necessary. Presenting the reports to the higher management. The above-mentioned are the core duties of the position, but employee is required to carry out other duties as well in the future if the situation demands.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/Engineering
Experience: 10 TO 15 years of experience in management of Factory, Production/cost estimation & Business Expansion(Joinery & Fit-out) - UAE experience is mandatory.
Skills Required: Planning & Organizing. Expertise in Excel, Word & PPT. Exposure to Project Planning Software (MS Project and AutoCAD). Awareness of Authority Approvals (DCD, DM, DDA, etc). Must have ground level experience in the Factory (Joinery).
