We are looking for the following characteristics: Knowledge of the industry. Knowledge of StockTakes/ Food Costs essential. Ability to complete GRV's/Admin on Pilot/GAAP/Point of Sales. Not scared of restaurant industry shifts/hours. Previously worked for more than 3+years in Senior Management role. Willing to learn, Trustworthy and Loyal.
