Industry Background: Real Estate (Secondary and Leasing)

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Responsible for maximizing the sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and presenting an effective and realistic plan to upper management.

Job Requirement: 5-10 year’s property management experience, local and international experience. Preferably in SECONDARY and LEASING Projects.• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market laws such DLD/Dubai Rest app and RERA.

High computer literacy, including property management software/CRM experience. Master key experience is an advantage.• Highly motivated and organized with excellent presentation skills

Preferred Language Hindi, English, or Russian, Arabic written and spoken.• Formulate a Sales Team to lead and guide them to be effective in generating sales.
