Responsibilities: Perform routine clerical duties. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Perform general office duties. Keep track of shipments.

Follow-up on issues with work orders. Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices. Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations. Provide customer service. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. Dispatch management service software. MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Monitoring and tracking software, MS Office, Additional information.
