This is a fixed term contract for a maternity stand in situated in Stellenbosch.

Industry: Fast Moving Consumer Goods. Gross monthly wage: R10 500 p/m.

Duties: Processing weekly wages / timesheets for +/- 200 employees. Processing wages on Pastel Payroll. Capture new employees on payroll system. Manage annual leave/ sick leave admin. Ensure employee files are up to date. General admin and filing.

Requirements: Must be able to fill the role from. Proven payroll experience (min. 2-3 years). Excellent communications skills. Able to perform under weekly deadline pressure. Pastel Payroll proficient is a must. Gr.12 certificate. Must have own transport.
