Educational & Training Requirements: Must be computer literate and detailed knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Pastel Partner / Express (basic knowledge). EasyFile & SARS E-filing (knowledge advantageous). Relevant diploma / certificate.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities: Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance. Debtors – Monthly invoicing of 200 clients. Debt collection. Reconciliation of Creditors. Bank Reconciliations. Salaries & Wage calculations. PAYE Reconciliation & Submissions. IRP5 Submissions – EasyFile. Workmen’s Compensation Submissions. General administrative duties.
Inherent Job Requirements: Good communication skills (internal & external). Tolerance for stress & ability to work well under pressure. Organized, efficient & good time management skills. Honesty & Integrity – dealing with confidential information.
To commence as soon as possible. On-the-job training will be provided if the candidate starts during June 2022.
