If you think you can motivate and manage a restaurant team to deliver excellent food and impeccable customer service, then we want to hear from you. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience at a management level in a busy venue.

The ideal candidate will: Have excellent Food and Wine knowledge. Highly focused on personalized services, proficient at stock takes, variances, and cash-ups, and excellent ability to run a busy floor successfully. Be presentable, articulate, and welcoming.
