Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls. Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence. Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors. Competent, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Can handle pressure and work with minimal supervision, ability to do multi-tasking job at any. Act as a liaison and first point of contact for Parents. Handle new Admissions as and when required.
