Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling products or services to customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify potential customers through targeted prospecting and networking activities. Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers, clearly demonstrating the benefits and value of the company's products or services. Present and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers, ensuring optimal sales results. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure effective communication and support throughout the sales process. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to further enhance sales strategies and gain a competitive edge. Manage and update customer database with accurate and up-to-date customer information. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or markets.

Requirements: Proven track record of experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales and close deals. Sound knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. Self-motivated and target-driven individual with the ability to work independently and achieve set goals. Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and customer needs. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. Understanding of the product or service being sold and the ability to communicate its features and benefits effectively. High level of integrity and professionalism. Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred. Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is highly desirable. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
