Able to adhere to targets and budgets. Confident at handling all issues relating to staff: shifting, mentoring, training and discipline. Superb attention to detail when it comes to hygiene. Experience with bulk yields. Passionate about sending good quality food to customers. Able to handle high pressure situations.
