Experienced Office Manager, Toowoomba & Darling Downs, Our company is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to meeting deadlines. Permanent Part time hours Skills required for this position are: Experience in management of Office staff Experience working in accounts payable and receivable, payroll and payroll reports Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles Experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation Proficiency in Xero Experience in services related to payroll such as payment of accounts and submitting payroll taxes Skills desired but not essential: Knowledge and experience using database programmes, in particular Simpro Enterprise Knowledge of electrical industry would be an advantage
