A leading company in Dubai is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Support professional. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner. User Assistance: Assist employees with IT-related queries and issues, providing clear and concise instructions.

System Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance activities, including software updates and system checks.

IT certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
