An Injection/Extrusion/Blow Moulding Company based in Booysens, Johannesburg, wishes to employ a Technician. The company specialises in the manufacture (Injection and Blow Moulding) of Plastic Household Products and the recycling of Plastic Scrap.

Responsibilities: Must be Familiar with all Technical functions of Injection, Blow Moulding and Extrusion Machines, including Lathe and Milling Machines. Effective and Timeous technical (Electrical, Mechanical & Hydrualic) problem solving and troubleshooting as required during production. Should be Proficient in all Electrical, Mechanical and hydraulic technical areas. Ensure effective functioning of Machines in terms of productivity, quality and efficiency.

Effective Management of Operators, Technicians and Setters. Record Keeping of all functions within the factory. Min 10 years experience in injection Moulding Environment. Servo Machines and Thin wall product manufacturing an advantage. Ability to work long hours, independently and under pressure. Own Transport.
