The individual is required to provide first line technical support; proactive maintenance; and support to the firm's servers and network infrastructures (LANs) as well as assist in the on-going protection against viruses and security threats.

Graduates with appropriate IT tertiary qualification & with min 2 years relevant working experience in a service driven network environment with branch operations.

Critical responsibilities, in addition to routine, shall include the following: Provide first line technical support for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Networks and Mobile Devices, Perform daily, weekly and monthly backups and monitor backup routines to ensure 100% reliability, Diagnose and repair Hardware and Software problems-network and PC related and support thereof Implement/revise IT Controls and procedures, Ability to undertake systems upgrade and maintenance-server, network and PC Level, Test, evaluate and recommend new technology(hardware and software) for implementation Certain IT Department supervisory/oversight duties, Support the Access Control System and telephone system
