Retail Store Manager Kakamas, Northern Cape. Company Name: Spar Kakamas. Position available for an experienced, presentable and well mannered Service Department Manager at Spar Kakamas. You will oversee the Hot Foods, Bakery, Fruit&Veg and Butchery departments.

Minimum 5 years management experience in the Service Departments of Spar, Checkers or similar retail chain. Must be able to work out costings and GP's for the above mentioned departments. Must be able to manage a team of up to 100 staff members. Manage staff shifts and rosters. Complete weekly stock takes. Achieve turnover, sales growth and GP targets set by the owner. Will be responsible for stock ordering and negotiating with suppliers. Eye for detail and quality control. Computer literate, and competent in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

SIGMA knowledge will be an advantage. Must be able to work retail hours in shifts (+-220 hours per month). Salary depending on experience and references.
