The candidate must be: Service Oriented and a Self-Starter. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work late shifts, public holidays, weekends. Welcoming, trustworthy and reliable.

The following requirements/duties: South African Citizen or a valid working permit. Computer literate (PMS and Microsoft Office). Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing). Cook and serve meals. Stock control, Good telephone etiquette. Contactable references. Customer service is top PRIORITY and you MUST be able to deliver.
