Job Description for Refrigeration. Service Manager: Must be qualified Management Skills Handling all Service calls, identify the fault while on the phone with the client, in order to gather spars, and equipment needed for the Technician. Dispatch technicians on callouts Assist Technicians where needed. Report on a Daily basis to the Director. Liaise with clients on a daily basis. Job Cards to be completed daily and accurate Incident reports Time sheets to be submitted by the Technicians by double checking the times booked are correct. Visitation of Current and new prospective clients. Handling of Service agreements. Knowledge of Multiplex. Systems, CX Units, Compressors, coils, and condenser units.

Required Skills management skills : 7 to 8 years Candidate.
