 Key Performance Areas: Co-manage the Reserves Zip lining operation, as well as other activities such as Horse Riding, Mountain biking, paint ball, Team building and 4x4 tracks. Must enjoy interacting with guest, and enjoy the outdoors Have knowledge and experience in the maintenance for these types of activity facilities. “Farm / Reserve work” maintenance knowledge an advantage. Willing to assist in any aspect of the lodge, functions & Reserve. Admin, Stock Control, Operational Planning & Organising. Customer relations skills, communication skills, organizational skills. Skills required, Must have previous knowledge & experience in adventure / extreme activities, and in the safety standards and procedures. Be well organised, Self-Motivated, Energetic & Proactive Person with Strong Leadership Skills. Fluent and Confident Communication in English and Afrikaans both written and spoken. Industrial relations – knowledge of disciplinary code and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Manager position. Have a First Aid certificate. Valid Driver’s Licence with PDP.
