Duties: Assisting with tenant applications, drafting leases & mandates, credit checks and completion of FICA checklists, mandatory disclosure forms and obtaining required documents from prospective tenants. Capturing of Leases on MDA Property Manager

Capturing of rental receipts, expenses, payments and recoveries on MDA Property Manager and preparation of billing. Set up net rental payments for landlords, to be reviewed and authorised. Preparing management fee invoices. Please note that the ‘qualifications and experience’ section is the most important. We assume that many of the ‘duties’ will be learnt while at   Horizon Capital.
