Senior Technical Product Manager (REMOTE WORK), Other, Durban City. Position: Senior Technical Product Manager. The main purpose of this role is to help the business to grow by building digital product solutions that are in line with the marketplace needs in a way that will ensure business success and sustainability.

Key result areas: Drive business results. Deliver results through other people. Ensure market-driven direction. Guide product fit and function. Priority management.

Duties/Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Research, analyze and understand customer needs. Develop a business case for new products and business ventures. Product Delivery - work with project management office and technology teams on delivering digital product solutions. Product Launches - work with marketing, sales, and other internal stakeholders to take the product to market. Process - review, and provide input on enhancements of the customer experience in delivering the product to customers.

Knowledge & experience: Strong capability in these frameworks; Business model design. Jobs To Be Done (JTBD). Design Thinking (DT). Opportunity Solution Trees.

Proficiency in use of these tools: Road-mapping tools (Aha, Product Plan, etc.) Brainstorming tools (Miro, Mural, etc.) Analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBi, other reporting tools)

Industry Exposure: Financial Services (Banks, Insurance), Telecoms, Software technology firms with digital product focus,

Education and work tenure: Minimum Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Masters degree is highly advantageous). Minimum of 5 years experience in creating and delivering digital products

Working conditions: Remote work, Extended working hours where applicable.
