About the possession: Download of Data and email to clients. Interview and assist office walk clients. Electronic fingerprinting of clients (Inhouse Training). Typing of documents and answer telephones. Typing of general correspondence. Manage regular communication with various parties. Control payments and petty cash. Phone calls and product explaining. Position: Fix Term contract. Starting time: Immediate.
Hours: 8.00am to 16.00pm Monday – Friday.
Qualifications/Experience: Matric. Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Skills: Good communication skills Afrikaans and English. Proven Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook). General Administration. Attitude/Behaviour. Neat appearance. Motivate and Energetic. Able to work independently. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired Skills: Good communication skills. Ability to work with walk in clients. Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
