Duties & Responsibilities Key performance areas: Control and monitor the quality of all activities and production in the butchery. Monitor the hygienic and safety processes. Drive and manage all promotional activities and report on all sales activities of and complete administrative duties. Manage all stock and control receiving. Desired Experience & Qualification.

The successful candidate must have: Matric. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the meat industry and in a similar role. Knowledge of meat cuts / products. Knowledge of IR and FMCG principles. Knowledge of merchandising. Package & Remuneration - R25,000.00 + Salary to be discussed at interview stage as well.
