She must be able to: Plan, lead, organize, direct, and control the people and activities in the allocated area aligned to Region and Company plan. Increase membership and structurally grow the region’s profitability to ensure budget is met.
Qualifications: Matriculation pass. Personal development in the field of Management. Minimum of 5 Years Relevant Management experience.
Job skills/Requirements: Leadership qualities. Interpersonal skills (Above average communication skills). Ability to maintain goal weight and ability to organize. Code 08 Drivers License. Must have own vehicle. Computer literacy (MS office) -
Access to computers. Presentation skills. Negotiation skills. Counselling, coaching, and mentoring. Preferable Tertiary qualification in the Social Science Field. Project management and project implementation experience.
Management experience acquired from a social services and/or health promotions environment. Interest in nutrition, desire and drive to help others.
