Location, East London, Eastern Cape, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Our client in the Information Technology industry is seeking a HR Manager to join their East London team.

Responsibility Minimum Requirements:- Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or Industrial Relations, OR Postgraduate Study in Human Resources and/or Organizational Psychology preferable. Driver’s license, Knowledge of management, labour, tax laws and employment legislation. Understanding of organizational structures, policies and staff roles within it. Ability to train, interview and deal with staff issues. Excellent communication skills in order to relate well to staff and management. Good organizational, planning and negotiation skills.
