Marketer, Client Acquisition, Other, Cape Town. Company Name: Milprops Recruitment. Seeking a candidate to ‘’identify and source’’ new clients for the business within and outside of South Africa.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be "client acquisition for the business’’. Marketing the company’s services to prospective businesses and high-net-worth clients, performing administrative follow-ups to resolve client problems, researching potential client’s portfolio and industry to be prepared in negotiations, forecasting business cases, and building business-to-business partnerships with clients, among others.

Primary Responsibilities: Identify and source potential new clients globally. Determine market viability. Connect with clients: travel nationally and internationally to meet potential and existing clients, must have own vehicle for national travel. Develop acquisition strategies. Estimate acquisition costs.

Negotiate with clients to get better deals for the business. Pass leads to the recruitment team. Build long-term relationships with key clients. Seek new ways to attract clients. Identify high risk clients. Develop custom solutions for clients. Address clients concerns in a timely manner. Encourage client feedback. Collaborate with internal team. Stay on top of the latest industry trends. Carry out client satisfaction surveys.

Required Qualifications: Degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Management or Business Administration. Three to five years of experience in a Marketing/Sales B2B client-facing role. Preferably having worked as relationship manager or has a background in sales, or in marketing. Experience building solid relationships with various stakeholders. Excellent negotiation skills and accountability for issue resolution. Experience demonstrating resiliency, resourcefulness and driving change to meet the needs of the business. Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
