Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification (Diploma / Bachelors degree) in relevant field advantageous. 5+ years' experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Assistant Manager in an agency environment. Experience in managing a team of recruiters and assistants including upskilling and training. Previous experience in FMCG / Call Centre industry advantageous. The ideal candidate must be innovative with fresh ideas, enthusiastic and team-player. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Proven record of high personal billings / or consistently achieving targets. Proven record of building and managing relevant and successful client / candidate relationships. Specialist experience in a defined industry preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with different sourcing platforms / Social Media (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). General ATS / recruitment software and job board integration experience. Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.

A clear criminal and credit record  Advantageous / "Nice to Have": Established network. Existing client base. Industry specialization. Local and international experience.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the performance management of the team and QA of recruitment processes. Manage a 360 recruitment process / hiring pipeline, from launching ads to initial interview screenings, scheduling with clients, and communicating with candidates. Responsible for building and managing effective relationships with clients and candidates by establishing credibility and benefiting them with your knowledge and skills. Review advertisements and manage job listings on all the advertising platforms and external Job Boards. Identify and engage with external candidates via direct sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Head Hunting and Networking).

Co-ordinate activities across the recruitment life cycle to ensure a positive candidate experience, Responsible for status updates, reporting and metrics. Responsible for managing recruitment pipeline / database on the inhouse Recruitment Software system / ATS, PC Recruiter (PCR). Provide analysis on trends and market insights to enhance the recruitment capability.
