As a Sales Rep, you report to the Sales Manager, who in turn reports to the Director. All of us work together for the same cause - to work in an inspiring environment, uplifting each other & the community all while we make some money on top of it!
You should have the following qualities: Be able to represent a Wellness Brand in conduct and appearance. Be a socially dynamic salesperson, with sales experience. Must reside in the Garden Route District and have reliable transportation. Be able to work in a performance based environment. Have basic experience with sales and reporting tools, and managing small accounts. Be willing to learn about the CBD industry and get passionate about helping people. This is a sales representative position, and comes with the pay structure of the field. We offer a large UNCAPPED commission structure with a generous percentage.
There are also performance based monthly bonuses. With an uncapped commission structure we will not limit your earnings even when you secure a large order. The more you sell, the more you earn, it is said the CBD industry will be worth well over R100 000 000.00 per year by 2025.

We are looking for Sales savvy healthy people with loads of passion and drive to represent the brand in increasing our footprint nationally, people that are connected and can increase our footprint into the South African market through various channels. This is currently a work from home sales agent position solely based on a lucrative commission structure. You will be required to either call on retail outlets, connect with your circle of influence, setup demos and party plan events use your social media platforms to market and expand your network and exposure. As we grow so will our product range with some exciting plans that are already in process to launch shortly.
