Responsibilities: Full bookkeeping on Xero to Trial Balance. Cash books, Cheque account. Allocate customer payments to invoices. Allocate supplier payments to invoices. Credit cards, Petty cash, Debtors, Quotes, Ad hoc invoices, Recurring invoices. Follow up on outstanding debtors accounts.

Suppliers, Capture supplier invoices, Asset register, Keep asset register up to date, Process depreciation monthly, Stock, Stock take, Issue stock out daily, Issue job cards out with stock, Reconcile job card to stock returned, Wages, Capture and prepare for payment, File weekly time sheets, All administration around staff, Administration, Assist with any administrative tasks needed, Weekly site reports for clients, SARS, Vat, EMP201.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience. Experience working on Xero. Experience working with wages and salaries. Strong administrative skills. Bilingual, Own transport, Able to work unsupervised, Attention to detail. Social media marketing experience and advantage. Trustworthy, Clear criminal record.

Salary: Between R10 000 and R15 000 depending on experience.
