Office Administrator. A vacancy exists for an Office Administrator in our Pretoria Head-Office The position reports to the the operations director. The overall purpose of this position is to assist and ensure an effective and efficient administrative function to the office and to the regions. The successful candidate must reside in Pretoria or Johannesburg northern surbubs.
The key performance areas (not totally inclusive) are as follows: Compliance both employees and clients. Liasing with external bodies (like, PSIRA, SASSETA). Training Co-Ordination. Handling and filing of queries. Maintaining Employee Files. Handling of ad hoc queries from management. Posting Sheet and Roster Management. HR Project Coordination. All relevant Office Admin functions.
Qualifications and Experience: Matric / Equivalent. HR certificate / diploma will be an added advantage. At least 2 years experience in the administration environment. Preferably 1-3 years in the Security Industry. Full competence in the use of MS Office programs. Core Competencies. Attention to detail. Good communication skills both verbal and written. Strong planning, organisational and administration skills. Good interpersonal and client liaison skills required. Experience in investigation techniques and report writing. Willing and able to work extended/flexi hours if and when required. Ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
