THE POSITION: Is it time to become a Team Member in a dynamic Industry ? An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Payroll Officer all-rounder to join our admin team, reporting to the Financial Controller. The dealership consistently experiences growth and remains a leading business in the region. This has been achieved through staff satisfaction and consistently delivering best practice in sales, service and parts.

SKILLS AND licenses REQUIRED: minimum of Three Years’ Experience is desirable. Excellent numeracy skills. Experience working within Payroll Administration Finance and Accounting processes. Familiar with Accounting Software. Understanding of Industrial Instruments. Experienced in Microsoft Excel. Team player. flexible and ‘can-do attitude'. Current Drivers Licence.

DUTIES: Ability to undertake administration, finance, and accounting functions. Attention to detail. Fortnightly payroll processing. Manage accuracy and process for timekeeping. Flexible in your approach to the workplace. Work within the team to meet the Financial deadlines daily, weekly and monthly.
