Knows and can apply to the Cafe policies and procedures for Health and Safety. Handling customer enquiries and complaints. Have product knowledge. Complete day-to-day Cafe Cash-Ups. Lead and Motivate staff.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practising Clean-As-Go procedures. Perform other reasonable duties as requested. Daily stock cost as per company procedure. Ability to work on schedule and meet deadlines.
