Operations/Fleet Manager, Kraaifontein, Northern Suburbs. Company Name: DC Logistics. We are looking for a young energetic person to join our team. Someone with transport brokerage, operations and fleet management experience. The role will be centre on planning transport operations and being hand on in the fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities: Manage productivity of drivers and their vehicles; along with the overall maintenance of vehicles; solving queries etc. Budget and Resource Planning. Daily client interactions. Client Relationship Management. Solve challenges and queries to reduce complaints.

Oversee and manage own fleet of vehicles: Schedule maintenance. Weekly checks Services. Wash bay. Breakdowns (where applicable.

Trip management: Load trips onto in-house application. Manage and schedule drivers. Prepare and submit weekly operational stats.

Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in transport brokerage. Tertiary Qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics Management. National and over border trucking knowledge Experience in route scheduling and cost saving planning. Salary – R 200 000.00 pa (negotiable). Full time position (including weekends).
