HR Administrator Wanted, Century City, Cape Town. Company Name: World Sports Betting. World Sports Betting WC is looking for an HR Administrator for its regional retail operations.
Responsibilities will include: Contract Administration. Ensure that all employees have signed contracts on file. Maintain system to track contracts and their expiry dates. Ensure that managers do a probationary performance appraisal for all employees whose contracts are expiring. Ensure that managers complete quarterly and annual performance appraisals for all employees. Internal Communications. Ensure that all relevant HR information is communicated to all employees including branch offices. Maintain detailed contact database for field offices and key personnel.
Recruitment: Follow the correct recruitment policy and procedure. Attend interviews where required. Manage the Screening of potential candidates. Acquiring of references. Manage all Offers of Employment. Coordinate and carry out the induction process. In consultation with the Operations Director coordinate vacancy advertisements.
Disciplinary: Assist the Operations Director in administrative and labour requirements regarding disciplinary process. Preparing of all Documents for internal warnings as well as Disciplinary Hearings. Conduct Disciplinary Hearings as Chairperson. General HR Administration. General office administration including filing, photocopying etc. Maintain strict confidentiality with regards to all HR related information. Assisting with maintenance of employee files. Any other tasks requested by the Financial Manager / Operations Director. Ensure compliance to departmental policies and procedures. Assist in any other HR related matters that may require your support from time to time. Updating Policies and Procedures, adding new ones when required.
Ensure that the necessary approvals & processes have been followed in accordance with the policies and procedures. Updating time and attendance roster. BEE and Equity, SETA. Responsible for Equity reporting and compliance. Responsible for SETA reporting and compliance.
Training: Coordinate training and advise training programs available.
Qualifications and experience: At least 5 years in HR. Computer Literacy. Computer Literacy essential. Languages, English – Must be fluent in spoken & written English. Other Competencies. Able to manage multiple priorities in cross-cultural teams and prioritise under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills.
