Role: Project management of all aspects of the company's training division, including design, development, marketing and delivery of training solutions. the succesful candidate will be responsible for leading training and delivery of skills development solutions for in-house and external clients.

Duties: Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the training division of the business. Manage all accreditations and maintain good record with governing bodies such as SETA's and ETQA. Support the process of developing and implementing training programmes. Oversee training processes by monitoring training methods and giving feedback on training activities. Develop best in class training assessment and evaluation methods. Monitoring, evaluation and keeping accurate records of training activities. Report on test evaluation results and suggest action plan to correct unfavourable outcomes. Identify and develop new training opportunities. Manage and administer the LMS. Manage accreditation processes and attain positive outcomes. Prepare and submit of WSP / ATR. Prepare monthly training reports.

Schedule and communicate effectively all training programmes and requirements to service providers like facilitators, assessors and moderators. Ensure that all the necessary documentation is collected and processes are adhered to from registration to completion of training. Organise training arrangements where required. Source training venues and catering services where required.

Minimum requirements: Metric pass and tertiary certificate, previous working experience with a training provider, college or tertiary institution.
