Roles & Responsibilities: Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Develop and maintain a filing system. Book travel arrangements and provide general support to visitors. Organize travel arrangements for senior managers. Provide information by answering questions and requests. Creates and design required presentations.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff. Take accurate minutes of meetings.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline from a recognized university. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 4 years of relevant work experience is preferred Excellent English language & Communication skills. Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
