Outback Tour Services are seeking an operations assistant for immediate start (full training provided). We are a large tour operator catering for a global market of diverse clients from backpacker to high-end charter groups. We require an admin person to assist the operations staff in daily tasks which include: Dispatching tours of a morning from our depot in Alice Springs. This involves assisting tour guides with paperwork, bus packing and supporting them on the phone as they pick up passengers. Daily admin, booking and data entry tasks. This involves work with email, excel, word and requires a decent level of computer proficiency. Communicating with agents, third party providers and other tour companies. Providing phone support after hours. Dispatching and checking in hire vehicles. Occasional driving/transfer work around Alice Springs. (Bus license is preferable but not essential as we can provide in-house training) Occasional yard work - laundry, catering, cleaning.

The role is casual with anywhere between 30-40 hours per week @ $25 per hour, minimum 4 hours paid on weekdays and minimum 8 hours paid on weekends.
Alice Springs locals only please. Must have full work rights in Australia. Admin/computer experience essential.
